MapPack 5.0

Hey m8es, since today MapPack 5.0 is running on our server.

The new maps are:

White Pass on Rush: levels/mp_007gr
Nelson Bay on Conquest: levels/mp_008cq

I've modified Procon config files before update was out so we could set those maps on rotation !!!
